ABOUT BOSC
BOSC was formed via a predecessor in 1989. It was initially formed to develop a single property in Detroit, MI known as Topinka’s Plaza. Since that time it went on to develop and redevelop properties throughout the United States as well as developing three retail concepts, two of which became highly successful concepts known as MovieMax Video (later acquired by Blockbuster) and CarChoice (later acquired by AutoNation USA).
Our core business is value-added property redevelopment that can include properties developed for urban in-fill and mixed-use. We acquire assets in need of revitalization which can benefit from our entrepreneurial and aggressive approach to redevelopment and repositioning in a market. We strive to bring properties to an institutional quality that benefits our tenants, customers, the community and our partners. Since 1989, we have renovated properties to the highest institutional quality benefiting our tenants, customers, and community. BOSC is actively looking for acquisitions in the Western and Southern regions of the United States.
